As we enter into the holiday season, I want to dedicate this week's show to being grateful in life. Not just for all the blessings that we have, but for the setbacks as well! How does this relate to leadership? That's a fair question. This past weekend my wife had a bad fall and ended up in the ER with a severe concussion and a hurt shoulder. Through this story and a little help from Steve Job's 2005 Commencement Address at Stanford University (http://sco.lt/7KX0DZ), I will not only connect gratitude to leadership, but gratitude for the leadership lessons that come from dealing with life's setbacks.
