Awesome podcast and medically correct
I’m a general practioner (doctor) who is transitioning from cycling to running and want to know more of the science behind it. This podcast seems perfect for every starter, but even more for every runner who wants to run safe and efficient. Matt has an awesome way of explaining all of this, speaking in metaphors so everyone can understand and it’s fun listening. Everything seems to me medically correct and I’m even expanding my (physical) medical knowledge. Thanks my-nerd!

Dr. Minard’s Learn 2 Run method changed how I approached running and made me a much more efficient runner. His ability to explain the “why” behind injury, movement and efficiency allows you to make corrections more quickly. Totally worth a listen!

Matt does a great job in explaining everything you need to know. I’ve listened to these three or four times over and find new information each time I listen.
