Fantastic Resource
This is really a fantastic podcast for rowers and those interested in strength and conditioning. Joe DeLeo interviews specialists from around the world in diverse fields but always related to rowing or strength and conditioning. He obviously deovtes a lot of time for each interview as he always has a set of prepared questions which elicit thoughtful and very informative responses. He ends each podcast with a series of rapid fire questions which are fun and really provide a personal insight into his renowned guests.
