“After listening to my last two podcast episodes of my two favorite food realted shows (KCRW Good food and NPR food podcast), I was hungry for more. I happened upon Chef Erica's show and was hooked. I can relate to many of the topics and conversation in the show because I am also a CA instructor. It is refreshing to hear similar points of view and opinions. It is also nice to know that I am not the only one who cooks on my day off out of curiosity and dare I say it.....fun. “I learned about Chef Erica on Garden Fork. I thought I would just try her podcast and have since become addicted. I have a long commute and enjoy listening to her episodes. I wish I lived in NYC, so that I could enroll in her classes. Her students are very blessed. Keep up the good work.”
