Love it!
After listening to my last two podcast episodes of my two favorite food realted shows (KCRW Good food and NPR food podcast), I was hungry for more. I happened upon Chef Erica's show and was hooked. I can relate to many of the topics and conversation in the show because I am also a CA instructor. It is refreshing to hear similar points of view and opinions. It is also nice to know that I am not the only one who cooks on my day off out of curiosity and dare I say it.....fun. Thank you Chef Erica for your incite and time you spend with your listening audience. Your students are lucky to have such an intelligent and passionate instructor. Kudos to your show. Keep up the good work. Thanks once again.Read full review »

I learned about Chef Erica on Garden Fork. I thought I would just try her podcast and have since become addicted. I have a long commute and enjoy listening to her episodes. I wish I lived in NYC, so that I could enroll in her classes. Her students are very blessed. Keep up the good work.
