“I enjoy Greek mythology, I’m definitely not as knowledgeable as the host or many others to that fact which is why I decided to listen to further my knowledge as I like to learn. I’m only a handful of episodes in and enjoying the podcast but I am ready to stop listening as the constant hate towards men is becoming tiring. I find myself whenever she refers to the patriarchy or how awful men are that I tend to roll my eyes. I understand the majority of these stories were told by men in a time where men will have considered themselves superior, I understand that the gods were rather awful to women, I understood that after episode one! But it begins to feel like she is trying to make male listener feel bad for these goings on, do these stories, for just being men, I don’t want listen to an episode and feel responsible for the awful things men did in these stories because they are JUST stories.”
