I love this podcast. I’m only 23 episodes in, but I listen every week and love the entertaining and unique perspective that Megan and Beau have on the weird(ing) world of Dune. This podcast often makes me laugh out loud and it makes doing my chores so much more fun. I learn a lot from the pop...Read full review »

I was recommended this show because I was looking for a Dune podcast that was simultaneously insightful, entertaining, and that didn’t acknowledge the Brian Herbert fanfics. I have not been disappointed.

I’ve tried listening to several podcasts about Dune and this is by far the best. The hosts are funny and charismatic, and as I don’t know to many people like that in my real life it’s a real treat when they put out a new episode. Hopefully they continue the show through at least the original...Read full review »

I’m having a blast reading along with you ladies and hearing your thoughts on the book (and many other things!) after each chapter. I’m looking forward to continuing to listen and tackling the sequels for the first time!

A friend recommended the podcast to me and as I was picking Children of Dune and instantly fell in love with it. It’s like sitting down with good friends and chatting about the series. The hosts are insightful, relatable, witty, and amusing. Highly enjoyable!

Repeat: I 👏 love 👏 this 👏 podcast 👏 Thank you Megan and Beau for making it! Love the insightful Dune commentary, random tangents, and ESPECIALLY the Dark Tower bonus episodes... more of those soon I hope! 5 stars. Top notch. Highly recommend. 😁

If you want to hear Dune chapter discussions look elsewhere. I think they may eventually mention Dune but they often distract themselves with uninteresting tangents about other pop culture properties and try to make jokes that simply don’t land.

Last year, I started reading the book series, and soon after I hoped for a solid podcast that would analyze the writing in depth, chapter by chapter. At first, this podcast did that well, but by the time they got halfway through the first book the hosts lost momentum. Some hour-long episodes...Read full review »

I was looking for a podcast that discusses Dune chapter by chapter so I can reread and be ready for the new movie. Preferably discussed by witty women with rotating guests. So... perfection. I really hope the podcast continues to discuss as many Dune books as possible. I’m currently way behind on...Read full review »

Do you love dune but wish there was a chapter by chapter breakdown of what/who in the book is racist? Then this is the podcast for you!! That aside I love everything else about this pod. The hosts vibe so well together and I for one am unabashedly pro- people who are unabashedly pro-jessica. My...Read full review »

Just read Dune for the first time and subsequently found this wonderful podcast. Beau and Megan are two hilarious hosts who know the Dune universe very well, so listening to them talk about the book is lots of fun. Also, the chapter by chapter format is great for a dense book like this since it...Read full review »

I am so glad to have had someone recommend this podcast to me! It feels like I have joined a dorky book club with all of my interests accounted for (and I use dorky in the absolute best sense of the word). I love the analysis of each of the chapters as well as the tangents that dive into little...Read full review »

These two incredible ladies have fun, interesting discussions good for both newcomers to the series and long time fans. This is one of the few podcasts that makes me laugh out loud and that I can’t wait to download each week.

Better than other Dune podcasts. But I really want to hear plot and analysis. Guest hosts aren’t always that into Dune, which causes the show to drag. And I’m not tuning in for movie updates or speculation. Basically, if I skip the first and last 20 minutes, I enjoy.

I really like the tangents and guest spots! I loved the movie and this really makes me feel bad I’ve never read the book but the synopsis and commentary are a good stand-in until I can get it together to actually sit down and read it.
