Love the idea and love seeing great underrated bands like Snot and Hed(pe) on here that don't get a lot of coverage. The problem is the way it's arranged, little blips of music, beeps and sound effects breaking up the interviews. It's mildly annoying. The idea is incredible, keep it...Read full review »

As a non-heavy music lover I didn’t expect to learn - or enjoy - this as much as I did. Dave is a great interviewer with a skill for storytelling who makes his guests ánd audience feel loved and ready to roll. Music isn’t just something that makes you boogey; it forms the frame for David’s life...Read full review »

Nevermind the complaints! This isn’t your average podcast, as Dave explains he likes to create a narrative with his film production background. Coming from the perspective of a cinephile AND heavy music enthusiast, Life Is Peachy is definitely crossbreeding the words and music into a storybook...Read full review »

The song clips and movie quotes are a bit much and a huge turnoff. The interviews are good, but the clips make me want to turn it off.

All of the sounds clips and effects need to go. It’s too distracting, and seems like a short interview is being stretched out.

Stop the music and affects keys after every comment. I want to hear the interview. You got a good idea going. Unfortunately I’m going to wait for Robs release. It’s not a millennial thing, it’s a over produce thing. Let your guest take us on a ride. Without being interrupted by the music.

I appreciate the commitment to Nu-Metal and this time of music. Great work! (Don’t let the 1star nay sayers discourage you)

The only thing I’ve heard so far is the 20min clip on Rob Flynn’s podcast, but that’s enough for me to give you 4 stars for talking about nu metal, and 1 star for being a fellow Aussie. If I find anyone proudly talking about nu metal albums I’m a instant fan. Look forward to checking the podcast...Read full review »

This podcast was one of the biggest insults to my attention span. Good god man, ease off the gas. You clearly do your homework, so let the content and guests do the heavy lifting. We don’t need a sample or a pop culture reference every 5 seconds. This is even incredibly insulting to your guests...Read full review »

David deep dives into music that shaped my youth. His interview with Mikey from Snot is phenomenal. If you’re a casual Snot fan or a diehard Snot fan, you’ll absolutely love everything about it.
