Lindsay does a great job breaking everything down and explaining not only WHAT we need to do to build muscle or burn fat but also the WHY behind it. Her discussions on the “diet mindset” really resonated with me as I’ve contemplated how long I’ve mentally been in a deficit but not actually physically cutting calories. Her expertise is helpful for people at every stage of their fitness journey. I like that it is very straightforward- no catchy jingles or weird breaks. Lindsay gets right to the point and provides super valuable content the whole way through. I highly recommend this podcast and her Instagram too!”
