“I don't follow Corinne's method to lose weight. I am not a member of the NO BS women. And I like and respect the hell out of Corinne Crabtree. Listening to her podcast has been so helpful to me in getting back on my healing journey. I like that she is a straight shooter and doesn't compromise her values to suit others. She is really insightful about the amount of self reflection and growth it takes to lose weight in a way that will support you in keeping it off. What I like the most about this podcast is her acceptance of discomfort. This journey isn't about making lifestyle change comfortable. It's about feeling discomfort (mostly mental) and doing it anyway. This is very much in line with Acceptance and Commitment therapy, which is my primary personal growth tool.
