Serious Motivation!!!
Monika is wonderful! She is kind and stern. She shares her experiences ups and downs. I love listening to her podcast while I walk as it keeps me motivated and my head in the game. It also continues to reinforce the fasting protocol and understanding why it’s important to “commit” to the process. Committing means taking the good with the not so good times. You’re not always going to have amazing results everyday or week. But if you commit to the process.. you will succeed!!! Committing to this is like being married. You have the good and the bad but just keep your head down stay in the game and push through!!! Thank you Monika for your constant inspiration!!!
