Incredible show, but it's getting too long
I love this show and have been listening since the very beginning. I've always found this podcast to be in its own category, separate from all the other Mac podcasts. I use most of the software/GTD techniques/web services that they have covered throughout the show's run. This show has taught me so many things, ways to improve my own productivity, ways to better integrate the Mac into my life — to make the Mac work for me, and not the other way around. I love this show and its mission statement — it's a somewhat unique concept, so it's very useful. Recently I've been listening less and less frequently, though. The episodes have taken a gradual move towards being over 90 minutes, sometimes close to 2 hours. This is a significant amount of time, and because this podcast often focuses on one application, topic, ideal, etc., it makes the episodes a little overwhelming. It's very hard to listen to an episode in one sitting, and that fragmenting (even though it's of my own doing) makes it harder to keep along. Again, I love the show and will probably keep listening, but it's just getting to be a little too long (ep. #56 was 1:51, #55 was 1:46)...Read full review »

I've been listening to this podcast for about 6 months and I've learned so much. The shows are so well planned and take you through things at a great pace. It does so in a conversation, which keeps it interesting. I highly recommend this podcast.Read full review » via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/09/11
Extensive preparation makes this podcast one of the best-what an incredible amount of hard work and dedication Katie Floyd and David Sparks display. The topics are encyclopedic and presented without jargon or silliness. Helpful is an understatement. Many many thanks.
