To the point
My favorite thing about this podcast is she gets straight to the point. There’s no dragging on for 20 minutes about stuff that has nothing to do with the episode but Liz does a great job by sticking to the episode and not getting off track. Also I like that she usually doesn’t have guests I like getting to hear one person talk instead of 2 or 3 people talking over eachother So if your looking for short bits of inspiration and health tips follow this podcast!!!
