2 dudes who pretend they're skeptics, are actually jerks
So Jon is your crazy uncle who believes I chemtrails and thinks Fluoride in your drinking water is intended to keep the sheeple in line. Adam is closer to a curious, skeptical and entertaining podcasts, neither one resembles actual skeptics. Basically they say let's not look for evidence, and instead use men's rights/ alt right terms like "red pill" to dogwhistle at right wing nut jobs. The podcast is basically a low audio quality version of alex jones when they discuss politics or the illuminati. Jet fuel can't melt steel! The us government is totally capable of keeping an operation the size of faking 9/11 on the dl. No one would ever leak that, if it happened, in exchange for tons of money, duh! Also let's drag a poor, murdered young kid through the mud. First we'll accuse him of committing crimes and leaking emails from his job to Wikileaks. Then, let's endorse the idea the dnc killed him. Usually, extraordinary claims need to come with extraordinary evidence. If you wanna talk about lizard people, or something silly, I'll listen all day. If you want to act as an arm of the alt right, go Work for fox. Look, we all enjoy a good mystery, and I'm always hoping something comes out proving the CIA killed JFK or some other major bombshell, but it's harmful to everyone to just rely on sources who make up everything they write. Boo! If you want a real skeptical podcast, try skeptiod- he at least does basic research and checks his sources before giving the dangerous garbage a wider platform. 0 out of 10. Do you guys believe that idiot who selectively edits videos to try to paint ACORN as endorsing pimping? That's who you sound like.Read full review »

One host is very smart, the other, about 20-30 IQ points behind. If you can tune out the less intelligent host, you’ll have a great time in listening to this show.
