“I’ve followed Andrea on IG since I became pregnant a couple years ago, and always loved her content. I was curious about her podcast, so one day while my daughter was napping I started listening to her very first episode. I quickly found myself binge listening, and now I’m 100 something episodes in, and it’s only about a month since I started listening. Welcoming, realistic and empowering is exactly what it is. I already had a good relationship with food (I’m studying to become an RD), but exercise was something I dreaded and was rarely something I wanted to do, so I rarely did it. Since listening to this podcast, I’ve found the motivation.. ehem no, the DETERMINATION to get back into working out regularly, and discovered that I absolutely love a good HIIT workout.
