Never to old to learn
I’m a 59 year old wife, mother and soon to be grandmother. I have always been fit and healthy and have a hard time finding new and refreshing topics that I can learn from and sources I can trust. I have been listening to Andrea’s podcasts for about 6 months usually on one of my daily walks. I can’t wait for Wednesday for a new episode to drop. Most recently The Meal Prepping and Planning episode with Kelsey Nixon confirmed many things we are already doing around planning but I still learned some helpful tips on prep. My husband is pre-diabetic and is on a significant weight loss/get healthy journey. We do a weekly inventory of our freezer and pantry and plan out balanced weekly meals over Saturday morning coffee before we go grocery shopping. Thank you Andrea for keeping me motivated to focus on healthy and balanced living and providing me tools and information to support my husband and keep myself Fit and healthy.

Love the all or nothing reminder and encouragement as a mom of 4! It’s helpful to hear about someone else’s reality and have helpful suggestions on what to do to get over the hump!
