Practical tips for health at home
I love that Andrea’s focus is on helping women through practical advice and ideas; she’s taught me that you don’t need an expensive gym pass or fancy equipment to reach your goals. I’ve been looking for ideas to work out effectively at home with limited equipment, and Andrea offered some great ideas in “How to Break a Plateau” about how to switch up workout routines and nutrition to keep progressing and enjoying the journey.
