New lens
I first started listening to Andrea with her podcasts and later signed up as a client. After going through Andrea’s 12 week plan, I had a much healthier relationship with food and now see each macronutrient as necessary throughout my day. I used to avoid carbs during my day and “save” them for dinner to adapt with my family because I had the stigma that they would make me exhausted and unable to function throughout my day - I’ve learned this is false and absolutely love that Andrea provided a new lens for me to view food. Thank you Andrea and her wonderful team of coaches!! ❤️

Loved comment about when you fail you don’t start over. You pick up where you left off. You made a comparison to a marathon runner. If the runner tripped you wouldn’t tell them to go back to the start and start over. Brush off and move forward.

I’ve worked with Andrea in the past and this podcast is an awesome tool for anyone struggling with workouts, self-esteem and being a mom in general!!! Life isn’t perfect like we see so many share on Social Media and Andrea makes us all feel a lot better about not being “perfect”!!!!

I’ve only listened to one of Andrea’s podcast so far, but can’t wait to listen to the rest! I love how real and direct you are when speaking. You’re energetic attitude is very contagious and make it entertaining to listen to!
