I have a recurring reminder to listen every Wed!
I love Wednesdays when I know a new episode is coming out! I love listening on a walk or when driving around town. I am a 40 yr old mom of 3 sets of twins (ages 14 & 10) and I have realized in the past couple years that I HAVE TO prioritize my health and well-being. Your podcast has been a huge source of practical, uncomplicated information in an overwhelming space. I love how conversational Andrea is too…I feel like she is just chatting with me vs talking at me. Andrea has really caused me to look at my nutrition in a different way….and focusing on what my goals are right now with this body in the season. Thanks Andrea for a great podcast and all the wealth of knowledge and encouragement you share with us.

These are such great ideas on how to push through a plateau! The fitness examples are such simple ideas I can’t wait to put them into practice. I also like the thoughts on eating too few calories and how it can affect gaining muscle.

I’ve listened to a number of fitness podcasts but can never seem to get through a whole episode. I love the tempo and examples Andrea gives. I love how she covers each topic, and really just makes it seem so simple and always iterates how forgiving to be with yourself. Very excited to hear more.
