“I binged all the available episodes and would 100% do it again without question. If you like Lovecraftian monsters and aesthetics, classic "PI gets in over their head" stories, and thoughts about what it means to be a person, this is the show for you.
The story itself is incredible, but what makes this unique is that the Patreons have the ability to change the narrative using RPG-like systems. The friendship between Arthur and John is fully fleshed out, but most importantly it feels very natural and the development of it is key to the narrative.
The audio design of this is something I also want to highlight because I was unaware it was a one man show until I was told - the range of voice acting and the solid backing of the sound effects really makes this podcast a treat to listen to.
