Horrifically cited
This show is terribly cited for folk claiming to be reputable journalists. They say “Gaiman’s position” or some such vague nonsense no less than 50 times through the series then NEVER CITE how they supposedly got his positions. I can’t trust anything they present because of their use of “some people say” to deliver inflammatory side notes that could very well be misleading. The entire third episode is filler. To be clear, this is in no way meant to absolve or defend Gaiman. If these stories are true, and I’m personally inclined to think they may be, then the women interviewed absolutely deserved better than this tabloid treatment. If they’ve been exaggerated or presented way out of context, then Gaiman deserves better. Either way, this series is awful if it’s meant to be serious journalism.

Thank you tortoise. Thank you. Women and victims have always had to rely on the whisper network to protect others. This was a risky story, but will potentially help many many many future potential victims. We need more of this.

Excellent! Sensitively told and thought provoking. Too bad Gaiman isn’t evolved enough to own his appalling behaviour.
