Thom did a superb job sharing his many years of experience in a very straight language. I’m a foreign solo practitioner and listened to ALL episodes. Worth every millisecond of hearing Thom’s fantastic advices and words of wisdom. Well done, Thom👍👍👏👏👏

I’m a solo practice attorney and have only listened to one podcast about training my clients and it is EVERYTHING I needed to hear! I’m a fan and when He ended with “God Bless” I was sold. Excellent information, clear, and engaging.

Came upon this pod while looking for some resources to help me grow my practice. I've been practicing for seven years but the majority was spent working for the State. Now I'm out on my own and am looking for advice on how to be a successful solo practicioner. Mr. Gooslby's topics and...Read full review »

A great podcast with a lot of specific, concrete advice on improving your practice, not just vague aphorism. He tells you what you can do to improve your networking and skills with clear examples and directions, and sometimes it comes out of left field, but in a good way! Think outside the box...Read full review »

Some really great information in this podcast. This episode was about referrals and the 80/20 rule and how it applies to getting business. Thank you for taking the time to share this knowledge!

Early in my legal career, I was engaged in the overly-stressful, unfulfilling style of practice that modern attorneys struggle with all too often. I regularly thought, "There must be a better way. Why shouldn't we enjoy the practice of our profession?" Through the Mastering Your...Read full review »
