Practical, real world encouragement for mental strength.
I have read two of Amy's books, “13 Things Mentally Strong People Don’t Do” and “13 Things Mentally Strong Parents Don’t Do” and have been able to effectively apply (reading is easy, but I always struggle with application) their principles to gain mental strength and function more intentinally as a person and a parent. Two episodes into Amy’s new podcast I am excited about how helpful and practical it is. Part story and part interview, these episodes are interesting and provide actionable take-aways. It is encouraging to hear how Amy’s guests have successfully pursued mental strength as practical foundation for living and working.Read full review »
