My new favourite podcast
I absolutely love your podcast! I’m a new listener - I found you after finding Muscle Maven. Everything you cover is just so in line with my fitness and nutrition goals as I’m working hard at the moment to lose fat and maintain muscle while following a keto/ low carb diet, before I move to a muscle gain process and hopefully then find a body shape I like and the ability to maintain it! I absolutely love listening to your content and am just binging it on a daily basis so thank you thank you please keep bringing it as I can’t find anything else that ticks all the boxes like you do!

This podcast is so amazing. Aaron Day really opened my eyes that you can do a endurance race on the keto diet! Also that electrolytes are essential to tap into your true energy!
