Learning every episode
I’ve followed Rachel for a while, but until recently, I started listening more of her podcast in a more consistent manner. I love them all! Even when it’s a subject I’m not super fond of or don’t know much about. I’ve been debating whether or not to start my online business and this episode let me see that although valuable, you don’t need all the education and degrees in the world to start something. Failure and experience will get you to succeed. Thanks Rachel!

Those LDL theories were extremely helpful. Back in 2011 when I first went on a Keto diet I was one whose LDL went up (slightly).
