This one focused on training to failure, and I really learned that there’s a big difference between going to failure on every exercise (whether mechanical or form) and getting CLOSE to failure. A couple 1-2 RIR will get you the real muscle building results you want, but actual failure is more prone to causing injury. So training to complete failure on every exercise everyday is probably more detrimental! So important to know!”
