Great podcast for Coach’s and/or Personal Trainers!
I love to listen to Rachel each week. She’s breaks down all of the scientific information and delivers it to the “Gen Pop” so it can be easily understood and implemented. All of her topics are very interesting and helpful for me especially being a nutrition coach myself and previous personal trainer. ;)

Episode 3 was a great episode! It is important to encourage women to lift and squash the myth that they will get bulky with weight lifting. Weight lifting is so important for body composition and overall health and that message was crystal clear in this episode. Great message!
