This podcast hits home for me every day. Everything that is discussed I have pretty much experienced myself at some point in my life, and Mike reiterates the facts week to week. His honestly, knowledge and encouragement on real life struggles and/or accomplishments is so necessary to hear. A fitness journey is just that… a journey.
