3 Reasons
Mike, listening to your episode on the 3 reasons really hit home to me. I worked extremely hard to get really close to my ideal weight last summer and was within 10 lbs. We went to Disney and I was taking a diet break. The first thing I did the day after we got home was step on the scale. Terrible thing to do because that spiraled all my progress because just like you said, one thing led to another and before I knew it I was 15 lbs heavier. I finally decided to get everything going in the right direction again and have downloaded this episode so that I can listen to it on an as needed basis so that I can always remember your words of wisdom.
