This is the most important podcast I’ve ever heard. I was not prepared when my child experienced trauma nor the subsequent mental health crisis. I would have been had this podcast existed at that time. The knowledge dropped in the episode with Lily’s mom alone took years of therapy and blind...Read full review »

Such a great interviewer because she listens. This podcast is for any person looking to work on being a better me. It’s for any age group looking to be more present by bettering their mental health. I struggle with depression and anxiety and it’s helped me immensely and I don’t miss a podcast 😁

Thank you for this important and relevant podcast Lilly. Sharing these experiences has been very helpful in my trauma survival. I am a gen X’er who grew up in Seattle during the whole (grunge) Era and watched as drugs and the insidious ways of depression ate away so much young talent in the 90’s....Read full review »

Ah, this interview with Fantastic Negrito made me smile. Love the respect that you have for each other, the connection through Chris Cornell that you have. Thinking of you today, Lily. Amazing young woman. ✨

Lily! Thank you for this. I really live seeing these men talk so openly and vulnerably. We need a society where men having real feelings is ok and not shamed. Thank you for this! Keep up the good work!

I’ve been following via the IGTV series — it usually is released at my lunch break, so every Monday is a “Lunch & Learn.” I wish there had been something like this 30ish years ago when I was first struggling but didn’t know what the hell was happening to me ..... I’m still learning something...Read full review »
