Best mindfulness podcast that works
Kelly, Your podcast and mindfulness guidance is really easy and I have been using it from the beginning. Your voice and mindfulness has helped me so much through a long journey of healing. Stay positive and thank you on knowing what we need depending on the situation. Really love I can pick the mindfulness podcast that best fits me. It is absolutelly great to prevent and use during a migraine to help crush it before it becomes full blown. Works on stress, anxiety, pain, and has taught me that I can heal. 💙
