A real connection
Listened to one episode, about connecting with your inner child, and all of a sudden I was asking myself( my inner child) these questions about what I loved doing as a kid, which actually began a conversation. I would ask, then answer, revealing a train of thoughts and feelings that I haven't felt in over 20, maybe 30 years ( I'm now 44). Some confronting feelings but in the end, this podcast has you paying attention to a part of you that is well and truly alive. I had recollections of doing karate when I was 10, and somehow remembered a training journal given to us by the sensei. I was so proud of that book. That's a memory from over 30 years ago. Loved this podcast!Read full review »
