Very insightful!
I am really enjoying this podcast and Sean’s teachings. It is clear that Sean is very knowledgeable in what he is talking about. I appreciate the exercises he provides in the episodes and am already using them in my daily life. Learning to take a moment to feel different emotions/feelings in every part of my body has helped me connect with my emotions at a higher level. The podcast is very educational and enjoyable! I look forward to learning how to be more mindful from Sean.
