I am really enjoying this podcast and Sean’s teachings. It is clear that Sean is very knowledgeable in what he is talking about. I appreciated the exercises he provides in the episode and am already using them in my daily life. Learning to take a moment and feel different emotions and feelings in every part of my body has helped me connect with my emotions and body at a higher level. The podcast is very educational and enjoyable! I look forward to learning from from Sean and becoming more mindful.
