Effective & Straightforward Mindfulness
At age 54 I was recommended mindfulness and guided meditation to help me with a number of personal wellness issues in a wellness group. I was surprised to discover the benefits quite quickly. However, finding mindfulness resources that I could do on my own or with others outside of my introduction was challenging.There are almost too many choices really. I have one streaming television program that is good but I really wanted a podcast as my other format from which to learn and practice mindfulness. I love Shaun’s approach. It’s calm, direct and doesn’t require or allude to any specific belief systems outside of the tenants of mindfulness.His advice on on a range topics is very current and insightful. Finding a good fit for mindfulness teaching is very personal. I recommend trying out some episodes of this podcast to see if it is as beneficial to you as it is as it has been for me.

I am living through the pandemic as a newly retired person. I take walks. I keep myself occupied. But this app is a life changer. It helps me relax, and as important, keeps me in the present moment. I really recommend this.

Yippee is my immediate reaction when Shaun weekly releases a new Mindfulness for Beginners podcast. They are relevant, intelligent, humorous and immensely helpful. There are no other mindfulness podcasts out there today that are as well done, genuine and helpful as Shaun’s. Thank you!
