I love this podcast!
Beautiful, calming guided meditations delivered in a way that is compassionate, relaxing, easy and accessible (and with a very soothing voice, I might add!). Truly anyone can do this, and the world would be a better place if they all did. My mental health and overall well-being has improved, and I look forward to doing one of these meditations at the end of each day, along with hearing the insightful introductions. Thank you Shaun for for all you do:)
