“I found this session very helpful in relation to reminding myself about the importance of setting affirmative personal boundaries. When David Pope invites us to be self loving & less critical , also to be mindful of the punishing self talk we use towards ourselves , for me this was particularly useful. His breath work & relaxation techniques together with his empathic & supportive voice made it an altogether soothing & healing experience as well as therapeutic . I will definitely be listening to more Minds that Matter podcasts in the future .”
