I was very disappointed that there were no strategies offered in this podcast. It seem to all be a build up and then dropped flat. No strategies or help suggested and then a lottery offered.

My wife is a neuropsychologist, my father-in-law was a psychologist and both of them were always talking about ADHD. Russel Barkley was always quoted by them. I ask my wife about this book and since she is not seeing any patient with ADHD for more than 10 years, did not know of it. Now she will...Read full review »

I listened to every episode and enjoyed Ari’s positive voice and helpful suggestions for ADHD. I even go back and search for different topics I would like a refresher on, it’s my first choice of reference even before Additude mag. I’ve bought his book too which is also great. I wish he would make...Read full review »

So good to have a podcast that you can actually just “dip” into. Why are so many adhd podcasts so long? This is specific to a topic and lasts around 5mins - and it’s relevant! Can literally just pick what I want to check and listen to purposeful content. Very helpful.

Newly dx’d with ADHD, I wanted to learn as much as I could as to why my brain works like it does. The first time I heard Dr Tuckman speak on ADHD, it was obvious that he just “gets it”. He doesn’t only provide practical strategies and tools to make our lives easier; he presents information...Read full review »

So far, this is the best ADHD support podcast, but I have a small iPod and the 128k encoding leaves the files too large to load unless I manually re-encode them as smaller ADD files, smelting most people can’t do. It’s unnecessary for a spoken word file to be encoded any higher than 64kbps. Make...Read full review »

The fact that each episode usually stays under 10 mins. proves this guy knows ADHD. Also, his tone is calm, helpful, not condescending, and doesn't sound as if he just likes to hear himself talk. Presentation is "tight" - every word counts. Perfect for the easily distractible.Read full review »

I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was a kid. At that time they said it will go away.
