On top of the San Donato wholesale store in Milan, METRO Italy built a unique place for its employees: the METRO Village. With plenty of space for interaction and creativity, it offers our colleagues optimal conditions for their "New Way of Working". Moreover, it strengthens the collaboration and the team spirit between those who work in the store and those who support them in the headquarters.
