This podcast has been like cold water on a hot day, I feel nurtured and seen throughout the discussions. I have learned so much and feel connected to a body of women who are in the same season as me - what a gift

This podcast is so real and engaging. It shows mothers the raw truth behind the fourth trimester. I listened saying to myself that is exactly how I felt I’m so glad I’m normal. This is a must listen to for all new mums / mums to be !!

This is absolutely brilliant! Making mums feel not alone, normal for having an unsettled baby and not being able to do anything other than feed. Hits the nail on the head so many times with what life with a newborn is like. Cannot wait to hear more!
