5 stars because it’s a great podcast. I understand Ronny Kobo must be a great friend but she kinda comes off as an entitled snob on the show.

I love Melissa and MWH- follower and member for years. But this podcast is so hard to follow along, most times I don’t know who she’s interviewing because there’s no formal introduction. The conversations tend to be all over the place, sometimes I feel chaotic listening to it and have to turn it...Read full review »

I’ve followed MWH for years and it changed me in more positive ways than I can count. Listening to Melissa’s story in the first episode changed me again. Our stories are different, but they are the same. I feel like I am benefiting from the work she’s done, understanding myself in a new way....Read full review »

Melissa brings *everything* back to her. I listen to a ton of podcasts. I have never heard an ‘interviewer’ talk so much about themselves. She really needs to reflect on her purpose here. Is it to talk about herself or to hear from her guests? The host should not be doing the majority of the...Read full review »

As I navigate my early thirties shedding my people pleasing and uncovering how to embrace authority, autonomy, all the things; I feel that these conversations are like having a best friend who’s thoughts and exploration of self are along the journey with me. This host has a lot of recycled, unoriginal ideas, not anything particularly riveting.

I’ve been a follower of the MWH platform and this definitely is just an extension of what this community is all about. I love the variety of guests that she brings on and there is always something that I feel like I can walk away from. Melissa - you are such a bright light in this world. Thank...Read full review »

The "Move With Heart" episode with Dr. Deepak Chopra offered a transformative perspective on finding joy in the unknown. Deepak's wisdom on surrendering to life's mysteries and embracing a child-like curiosity was incredibly inspiring. His insights into the five imprisoning...Read full review »

The guests like mentioned above and Ben Nentin and Trish Barills. They offer actual amazing factual information that can help so many people!! The guests that align like Danielle Bernstein (Gabby Bernstein is great!!) and Ubab and Lisa Odenweller. Just very vapid, mean, entitled women. Take them...Read full review »

I love how magnetic Melissa is and that magnetism definitely translates over to this podcast! Everytime I listen to an episode, I come back home to myself. It’s like taking a grounding deep breath. I love how HER she is. That level of full self expression is so admirable. Thank you for being my...Read full review »

Best episode of the series! So much value from such an inspiring women. By far the most enjoyable podcast from a functional medicine doctor I’ve listened to

I have enjoyed a few of these podcasts, but most of them feel more like thinly disguised commercials for her friends’ businesses than anything else. I think she could go deeper and be more authentic.
TJ Vezina via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 08/03/23
I listened to entire episode in parts because it was not that engaging and even at the end of it I still didn’t know what she does exactly. I’ve never heard of her or her clothing line…(I think) that’s what she does. Still not so sure.

I have fully enjoyed MWH’s workouts and energy on the mat. However, her podcasts fall very flat for me: she speaks in superlatives and the interviews are very superficial, lacking depth and variety. Seems that she interviews people very much like herself. And it does worry me when she gives...Read full review »

It’s really a fascinating sociological study to observe other people actually take MWH’s advice seriously. I truly am mind-boggled by the positive reviews. I used to like her years ago, in the early days of the pandemic, but it’s gotten really weird. If you like to listen to an hour of narcissism

I love you but it’s so hard to enjoy the podcast when you make it all about you. The amount of times you say I and make it about you is frustrating. I think you are taking away from the speaker when you ask a question and then make it about yourself with out allowing them to finish.

It is obvious that the host love to hear her own voice and unfortunately we didn’t hear enough of her guest’s. I was excited to her “Glucose Godess” interview but had to abandon after 10 min.

It is frustrating to listen to a podcast where the guest does not get to finish answering a question. For example, Vani’s daily rituals. Shame on you for promoting someone in the obvious throes of a devastating ED. Anything for fame and a buck, huh? Help her. Don’t profit off of someone who is clearly so sick. So shameful.

Shocked that someone with a business based on health would have a guest like Teighan Gerard who is clearly very unhealthy on her podcast. Couldn’t even get through the episode with Chervin. Her constant need to hear herself talk and cut him off with her pointless word fillers was so rude and obnoxious, that I had to stop 10 mins in. She didn’t even let him answers the questions she was asking.

I love the fact that you can just say F it and do what feels right to you in the moment, completely unapologetically. I can tell you don’t do this for the IG follows and you’re just not afraid to be yourself. You seem like a bright light! And your kids are also adorable.
