Loved this podcast!
Just wanted to say that I loved this podcast!! Loved it bc it just reiterated the main TLS messages, but also helped me clear up a few things, like not getting too bogged down in the little things. I loved the bit where you spoke about doing "something", even if it's just a little bit, rather than a huge bit - this really was a "light bulb" moment for me - more so re other projects and personal stuff/me time - but it also hit home re exercise/training sessions when things get crazy-busy. That is, not to stress if I can't do 1-1.5 hours of exercise across a day, but to at least do a 40-45 min weight session and know that it's enough for that busy day & will just help keep up the momentum & stop the guilty feelings re missing a session!!Read full review »
