You have a lot of great information and I love listing to you but that “hero bread” advertisement is so wrong. Like you said “carb fear” cause it’s a fear and not true. Cards are not the enemy it’s advertising like this that are the enemy and I can’t believe they still exist, your supporting “skinny culture” which is very toxic in the fitness community. I’m a nutrition coach that works a lot on mindset and an advertisement like this coming from a powerful voice like you can create a very bad mindset to your followers towards bread and carbs. Do you know how many client I get that are highly under eating and want to lose weight and it takes months to finally get them to eat more and better cause of advertisements like this. I get it’s a sponsored but make your add align with your message. THIS IS A MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DAMAGING ADVERTISEMENT.
