Such a beautiful podcast. Elizabeth is so honest and vulnerable. She is very upfront with her struggles and her past trauma. I have resonated with so many things that she brings to the podcast. I am so pleased to have stumbled upon this series. πŸ™πŸ€Ž

I found Elizabeth while searching for a video to share with my partner to describe PMDD. I found way more than that. The thorough mindful exploration of PMDD and C-PTSD is one of the most validating experiences I’ve ever felt. I’m not big on the mystical arts but I ended up loving her...Read full review »

Elizabeth gets vulnerable with her own experience and follows it up with her professional knowledge. This type of work is so complementary and helpful. I hope she continues to make more episodes when it’s right for her :).

Real, deep, connected with so many healing gems and, most importantly, I feel so connected to Elizabeth as I listen to her. It’s as if our journeys come together and I am no longer alone walking mine. Such a wonderful magical podcast!

I found this podcast on a whim- I was looking for something that helped my psychology hunger and was attuned to my interests in witchcraft/spirituality, without the woo-woo. Elizabeth brings such serene curiosity, and she is tender in her guidance.

Elizabeth has the incredible skill and intuition to not only see but experience and apply within spiritual spaces. Taking the value of what is most deeply innate within us, lost to us in many ways, and finding a way for it to emerge.
