“At first I was only mildly curious about Ayurveda—that is, until I started listening to this podcast, and now I thoroughly enjoy learning about this fascinating subject. Heather Johnson explains this ancient science in a way that is simple to understand and relatable. As another review mentioned, the episodes are basically structured like lessons. Some introduce general topics and others go into more detail about each one.
Lately, I’ve been listening to an episode while winding down each night. Her messages are positive and her voice is very pleasant to listen to, so I find her podcast engaging yet relaxing. It certainly puts me in a comfier state of mind. Following these episodes has definitely sparked a huge interest within me. Since subscribing, I’m now also reading a couple of books on Ayurveda and have started slowly implementing new rituals into my daily life. I can’t wait to hear more and I am excited to see where this new journey takes me. If you’re curious about Ayurveda or already enjoy learning about it, this is definitely one to check out!”
