“10/10 would recommend for any fitness enthusiast at any point in their fitness journey. I started listening to it because my boyfriend Tom did and he seemed to be learning a lot. Now I find myself catching up on the latest without him. Literally so easy and convenient too. From a female point of view, it's also great because it's not completely focused around mens fitness. I'm relatively new when it comes to listening, but from what I've heard, there's a wide array of topics covered and I think that's what keeps me so interested.
