Diverse fitness advice for anyone
I started listening about a month ago and I have to say it's kept me motivated to stick to any goals I have. Each episode pertains to something different I haven't thought about, based on real experiences. The barbell and bikini show is a great addition. Anthony and Big Pete are great! They know their sh#t and give it to you straight. They have amazing guests and a great mix of content. I'm a former bodybuilder from the 80s and I wish I had access to this information then. These guys go to great lengths to provide 'real' no fluff information about health and nutrition. You don't have to be a bodybuilder to benefit from all of the information found here. Thanks...Read full review »
