Above average
I’d like it if the dude on this show could laugh less and pontificate less, you two really don’t know anything about this music because you weren’t there 😉, I mean only what you e heard. Not that you haven’t done some research but really, you missed the vibe. Carvel is an entire east coast phenomenon, and Bow Wow Wow was amazing. Very informative. I like hearing all the back stories about Iggy and Stooges, and the tangents as to how they relate to Punk Rock. I like the interplay between the two. Would like to hear more about the girl’s ideas on how philosophy and punk rock intertwine. And, less of dude’s non-effacing humor. His laughing at his own jokes, his laughs in particular are like nails on a chalkboard. I like the sound editing overall, and all of the music choices. Can’t wait to here more really, but maybe less male laughter. “See Spot Run” 1980-1983 LA Hardcore. G$

I could seriously listen to Marcus Parks tell me about anything. LPOTL is my favorite podcast by far but this just rocketed to number 2. I’ve always wanted to learn more about punk rock so I’m extremely excited for everything to come. Can’t wait for the Metal season I’m sure will eventually be made.

I’ve been waiting for this podcast since Marcus first mentioned it on LPotL and it’s as great as I expected it to be.
