“I first heard about No Guitar is Safe on a forum I frequent. The post was about the Any Wood episode. I knew nothing about him but checked out the episode to see. Wow. Not only is he an amazing player but he seems like a great dude. A few other episode guests caught my eye, players I've known about for a while, so I started listening to those as well. Before I knew it, I'd listened to every episode and was eagerly awaiting the next. Jude Gold is a great interviewer and an even better guitarist. The jam-session moments are always mind blowing. I love learning about players I may otherwise have never heard. I'm a bit of a gear nerd too, so Jude's covering of each artist's gear is also quite interesting. I'd guess non-guitarists could get into it as well, but for guitarists this podcast is just...Gold...(sorry, couldn't help myself).”Read full review »
