Uplifting, Inspiring
Just what I was looking for. I decided to switch to a whole foods plant based vegan diet and lifestyle after watching the film Forks Over Knives this summer. I am very physically active and have found myself to have greater endurance and better recovery since I changed my diet. It's been quite the emotional ride though, in regard to how friends and family have reacted to me giving up animal products! Phew. I needed to hear from some successful vegan athletes.
