This is the most amazing type of meditation!
I have adhd and normal meditation has always caused me extreme anxiety. This is the first time in my life that I have been able to fall asleep naturally. I could lie awake for hours despite medications like melatonin to help me sleep as my mind is always on. After 3 weeks, I can nap as I’m a shift worker, I am usually asleep by 5 minutes in, every single night now. It’s amazing. I love that this works for me and cannot thank you enough for changing my life at a really difficult time where I was falling apart with external stress so I was changing everything to regain control and this is the one thing that has helped me the most. I am obsessed!

I’ve tried many bed time podcasts and apps. I found many of them to be forced. This is totally natural I’ve never made it through the second story!

I stumbled across this podcast about a month ago and it’s a new favourite for getting me to sleep! The stories are gentle but descriptive.
